Heavy Musashi style oar Hickory Bokken for solo Suburi (swinging) practice. A useful tool to develop your cuts and the muscles and tendons in the arms and shoulders.

Famously wielded by Miyamoto Musashi on Ganryu Island in his with Sasaki Kojiro, the oar Suburito is an iconic style of Bokken which trains grip, forces the relaxation of cuts and which offers a major challenge for those looking to train cuts repetitively with additional weight.
