The Nosyudo Tokujo Iaito represent the finest quality Japanese Iaito available on the market today. Each sword is hand crafted in Seki, Japan to the highest standards of traditional sword production.

 

In ancient times it was believed that a rainbow was the arched back of a great two headed dragon, capable of controlling the wind and rain. Our Tetsu Niji (steel rainbow) model combines the classic Japanese geometric design for Tsuba and hilt fittings with a top quality Keiryo lightweight Toshin (blade) for the serious Iaido practitioner.

Lightweight Iaito Blade - Keiryo Light weightzinc alloy with groove: Maximum Length 2.50 Shaku.

 

Ha (Cutting Edge) - Standard (unsharpened).

 

Tsuka Ito (Hilt Binding) - Cotton binding with Hineri Maki wrap.

 

Natural Samé - Black ray skin.

 

Tsuba (Guard) - Blackened cast steel.

 

Fuchi/Kashira & Menuki (Hilt Fittings) - Antique brass alloy.

 

Habaki & Seppa - Polished brass.

 

Saya (Scabbard) - Brown Ishime (matt).

Did my first Iaidō seminar with this one.
Very good Iaitō with perfect balance and high quality.
I totally recommend this Iaitō to everyone who wants/ needs a lighter training sword.

This Nosyudo Tokujo lightweight is a good iaito. Nice shape, good and tighted tsuka-ito, well balanced blade, and very light weight indeed! 788 gr the unit I received. Beautiful Fushi/Kashira and Tsuba. GLS brought me the parcel three days later than they announced me in their advance notice.
